Dr. Ferrier and his entire staff are top notch! I've been a patient for over 3 years and I can't imagine going anywhere else. I've undergone a whole host of procedures under Dr. Ferrier's care, including a dental implant, Invisalign treatment, fillings, and regular cleanings. I can attest to the fact that Dr. Ferrier and his team are extremely professional, thorough, and up-to-date on the latest techniques. From the waiting area to the patient rooms, the entire office is nothing short of charming. I can remember walking into other dentist offices and being overcome by the feeling that my teeth wanted to jump out of my skull and sprint away in the opposite direction, but not here. Dr. Ferrier's amazing team and the warmth of his office put you at ease the moment you walk in. As a regular patient, I also appreciate the reminders that I receive by email whenever my appointment nears. Getting to my appointments is also a breeze. When I drive to his office, ample parking always awaits. If I take Bart, it's only a 15-minute walk or 5-7 minute bike ride from Lafayette Station to his office. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Dr. Ferrier is the greatest!!

I usually don't write review but with the outstanding care service that I received at Dr. FERRIER office during my cleaning appointment I want to share my experience with anyone out there who is looking for a dental office with a friendly, trustworthy, and family oriented environment, I would say this is the right place. I got my teeth cleaning with Veeda, a hygienist, who is very friendly, gentle, skillful, and takes her time to making sure my teeth are perfectly cleaned. Veeda made me feel very relaxed and comfortable for the whole time laying on the chair. She also educated me about the good oral health practices and how important it is to floss daily to avoid gum disease (at my other dentist office they never care about this part). After cleaning I got a chance to meet Dr. FERRIER who examined my teeth. Dr. FERRIER is caring, honest, knowledge and very easy to talk to who clearly explained to me the condition of my gum disease and what treatment I will need to prevent any tooth loss. (Thank god, he pointed this out, my other dentist never explained or seems to care what is happening to my teeth. 🙁 ) Afterall, I am very impressed with the staffs, the dentist, and the up to date technology in the office. This is one dental office that I want to keep for my lifetime.

I am not joking when I say this is the BEST dentist appt. I've ever had. last time I had gone to the dentist, it had been YEARSSS!!!!! and believe me when I say it was the worst experience & it honestly left a sour taste in my mouth. I had so much anxiety anytime I thought about going back. so, I recently heard about this place through a family member & I decided to give it a shot. like I mentioned before, it has been years since I last been, so my anxiety was through the roof when I entered the waiting room for my appt. I was being seen my Dr.Laheri as she was recommended to me. she was very sweet & gentle. she was also very calming, which helped because I was freaking out inside. she really made me feel comfortable & assured me that everything was going to be okay. the assistant Katia was very nice as well. she was very informative & made the visit a lot more enjoyable with her energy 🙂 this has been the best visit I've had & I will be definitely coming back in the future (hopefully not to often.) I highly recommend you check them out!
