Two things that are most important to me: (a) the entire team is socially adept including dentist(s), hygienists, various assistants and front desk personnel; (b) Dr. Ferrier is the only dentist since my early 40s (I'm now early 70s) who accommodated his procedures to account for my sedative-needs.
