Effective Treatment For Periodontal Issues

Taking good care of your gums is always a priority. Your gums help to protect your teeth so any signs of an infection must be taken seriously. Dr. Andrew Ferrier offers periodontal services including periodontal (gum) disease treatment and reshaping of the gum tissue. Our goal is to help you maintain healthy, infection-free gums and a beautiful smile for years to come. If you have symptoms of gum disease, such as bleeding or swollen gums, gum recession, or shifting teeth, you should come in for a consultation as soon as possible.

Maintaining Results With Your Periodontal Treatment Plan

Since gum disease can return, we take extra steps to ensure our patients maintain lasting results with their periodontal treatment. All patients who undergo gum disease therapy should maintain a periodontal maintenance schedule of deep cleanings and regular checkups. In some cases, we will recommend prescription-strength oral hygiene products to prevent an infection from returning.
